About the location

The Yamuna Expressway is a six-lane, 165-km corridor linking Greater Noida to Agra, with fast access into Delhi and Noida. YEIDA — the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority — is developing the belt in planned sectors, with wide carriageways, power lines, water supply, and green belts laid in before plots go on sale.

Two anchor projects are reshaping demand along this stretch: the Noida International Airport at Jewar and the Film City development, both a short drive from the sectors we work in. Early land here has historically tracked ahead of infrastructure completion, not after it.
